Yong Feng BuildTech carried out waterproofing rectification works at a Level 2 roof upturn area, covering approximately 6m length × 500mm width.
A water ponding test was conducted first as part of the assessment. The subsequent rectification works involved PU waterproofing treatment followed by installation of a 1.2mm self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, reinstatement of the existing metal flashing, anti-rust treatment and finishing works.
